Dispatch times, shipping expectations, and what to do if something goes wrong.

UK Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly and deliver within 3–4 working days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays) for orders placed before 14:00 (2pm).

Delivery times are estimates and provided as a guideline only. As we rely on third-party courier services, we cannot guarantee delivery within the estimated timeframe.

International Orders

As all Metric Milestones orders are shipped from the United Kingdom, international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees when the parcel reaches the destination country.

These charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the recipient. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing, please do not return the item until you have contacted us.

Email us at support@metricmilestones.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name and delivery address
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

We will advise the best next steps and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is significantly delayed beyond the estimated window, contact us at support@metricmilestones.com and we will assist you in locating the shipment with the courier.
